4th May 2003: Proud to be a Baggie.
Proud of the team after the performance, and especially pround of
our wonderful supporters.
The atmosphere in and around the ground was fantastic and I'm not
sure the people of Blackburn were quite prepared for the invasion
from the Black Country. It was a superb day out and a great way to
start our end of season celebrations.
Newcastle are now assured a Champions League place, so it should be
another party next week, although the fans will have to be on form
again to out-sing the travelling Geordies.
